Rosemary & Seasalt Macadamias - Seconds
Our Australian macadamias are locally grown and coated by hand at our Yandina factory in aromatic rosemary and seasalt.
These macadamias are seconds. They vary in size, colour and are of B-grade quality, so although they are tasty, they are not as consistent as our premium nuts and are discounted accordingly.
These nuts are ideal for snacking and cooking with, added to salads, pasta, stir-fries or as a tasty side to soft, blue and tangy cheeses on a platter. We like them crushed atop a thick pumpkin soup, or blended into dukkah or a dip for crusty bread.
